We value DANCE.

Art is important because it encompasses all the developmental domains in child development. Art lends itself to physical development and the enhancement of fine and gross motor skills. Derby Bayanihan Productions cherish and value talent. DBP vows to become a platform where kids can express themselves in any form of art and be able to fully realize their talents and skills.

We value our SPORTS

Home means an enjoyable, happy place where you can live, laugh and learn. It's somewhere where you are loved, respected, and cared for. DBP commits to be a home for the Filipinos. The organization upholds to represent the working Filipinos in Derby, UK. They vow to provide Filipinos a community where they can connect and interact with.

We value MUSIC

Culture ties people of a community together gives an individual a unique identity and serves as the founding principles of one’s life. In DBP, we believe that it is important for us to put importance on our culture, as it is our identity to the world.

We value "BAYANIHAN"

Bayanihan is a Filipino word derived from the word bayan meaning town, nation, or community in general. "Bayanihan" literally means, "being a bayan," and is thus used to refer to a spirit of communal unity and cooperation. We, in Derby Bayanihan Productions, values the importance of coming and being together as one. Derby Bayanihan Productions commits to help and provide service to each and one Filipino in the UK.

Derby Bayanihan Boys gives it to you!

Super Dancers! Here’s a throwback video of our talented Filipino boys moving to the rhythm of “Give It To You (Remix)” by Jordan Knight during the Celebration of Love show last February 2020. These youngsters learned and worked hard during our free dance workshops last October to November 2019 and have developed friendships over the past year due to our initiatives at Derby Bayanihan Productions.

Inspiring new talents for the future!

This was the motto in which the founding members of Derby Bayanihan Productions (DBP) have held on since they started their mission. DBP is an independent non-profit group dedicated to showcase talents from the Filipino Community in Derby as well in the UK, and aims to inspire talents by opening a platform to express and develop in the form of Arts, Music and Sports.
